I want to sign up - Can I purchase a strength & conditioning membership online right now?

Not quite yet. The first step is a quick consult via phone or in-person and a free session. Every client who comes to Better Strength Company has different needs and goals, and we want to make sure we find the right fit and frequency for YOU. After that, we’ll get you signed up to reserve sessions and manage your membership online. Fill out our contact form or send us an email at hello@betterstrengthcompany.com to get started!

How do I decide the number of strength sessions I need?

Typically, the best progress is seen with two or more strength sessions per week. However, our philosophy is that anything is better than nothing! If you’re feeling restricted due to price or scheduling, start with one strength session per week. Doing that and your conditioning session on a weekly basis will be an excellent step towards change.

How do I schedule an appointment for pain management?

What’s the pricing for private strength training?

Private strength sessions are based on an hourly rate, and those rates vary by strength coach. Please reach out to us directly to receive current pricing.
