Small Group Strength
60-minute sessions held with regular groups of 3-6 people on a weekly basis. Your dedicated strength coach will program your workouts individually to maximize resistance and personal progress, giving you a personal training experience at a fraction of the cost.
Auxiliary Conditioning
30-minute sessions held for groups up to 12 people on a daily basis. Conditioning coaches will program workouts to support and enhance (but not replace) the foundation of muscle and capacity you are building with your strength sessions.
Pricing
The strength & conditioning membership rates are calculated by totaling your weekly strength sessions over a 4-week period. Every membership includes one conditioning session per week at no additional cost. Unlimited conditioning may be added to your membership based on your individual goals and preferences.

One strength session per week.

2x or 3x weekly
$35 / session
Two or three strength sessions per week.
Your membership will include:
Eight (8) or Twelve (12) Strength Sessions per billing cycle
