When you’re hurting, your health often hurts with you. 

Pain is a reality in the natural progression of life. The goal of our pain management track is to mitigate and eliminate limitations, lingering effects of injury, or anything else that is holding you back from the way you want to feel and move — and ultimately get you training again.

Movement and weight training play a key role in resolving acute/chronic pain or injury. Our licensed manual therapist (LMT) uses a variety of hands-on therapeutic modalities, applied biomechanics and strength training to accelerate you back into the training environment as efficiently as possible.

These sessions are not habitual or recurring in nature. Our goal is to get you working past pain and back to vitality — the only thing you should be coming back to do is get stronger.
